The Mineral Point Historical Society’s Jammin’ on the Porch season will continue this summer at the Gundry House at Orchard Lawn, 234 Madison Street in Mineral Point, from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm on second Fridays, June through September. The popular outdoor concerts feature local musicians and a casual feeling amid rolling green lawns and beautiful gardens. Gather friends and family, bring a picnic dinner or snacks, your lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy some of the best times that summer can offer. No admission is charged; the musicians play for tips. Details about the musicians who will play in 2012 will be posted here, when available.
